LMK Clinical Research Consulting Ranked 4th Fastest Growing Business in the Booming Charlotte Economic Region
Charlotte, NC – December 12, 2017 – LMK Clinical Research Consulting has been selected as one of the fastest growing companies in the Charlotte region according to the 2017 Fast 50 Awards hosted by the Charlotte Business Journal. The Fast 50 Awards honor independent and privately-held companies with revenues of $1 million or more, based in the 16-county Charlotte region.
Through a highly selective process, honorees are ranked by their total gross revenue growth over a three-year period, between 2014 and 2016. Experiencing a 172.48 percent revenue growth-rate LMK solidified it’s position as an emerging leader in the clinical research space placed the company at number 4 on the list.
Together, the 50 companies selected as honorees employ four-thousand individuals and have revenues in excess of $500 million. In 2016, Charlotte and the Research Triangle area accounted for 70 percent of the North Carolina’s new jobs. Charlotte continues to rank as one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States.
