“Great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people” – Steve Jobs. This month we interviewed Jason Badamo, TMF Auditor, who has been a member of the team for one and a half years. Learn what Jason’s proudest moment at LMK is, his most memorable project, and what fictional family he would be a member of.
What is your proudest moment at LMK?
My proudest moment at LMK is attaining my Certified TMF Auditor designation.
If you had to pick one current song to play continuously, non-stop in the background of your everyday life, what song would it be?
I would have to say, Bein’ Green by Frank Sinatra.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?
Once starting something, I must see it through, I can’t leave anything incomplete.
What fictional family would you be a member of?
I would definitely be a member of the Weasleys from Harry Potter.
What has been the most memorable project you have worked on at LMK?
A sponsor’s project in which 40,000 documents were scanned into emails which had to be QC’d. They also had to be migrated into an eTMF and then audited (Gap Analysis). A group of three of us was able to complete this project on time.
What would you like to do when you retire?
When I retire, I plan to restore vintage automobiles and travel.
What’s something you believed earlier in your career but think about differently now?
That higher titles mean job satisfaction.
What parts of your job do you find most challenging?
Pairing back audits if sponsors request an abbreviated process. I find it hard to stop looking deeper once I have spotted “something”.
Why did you decide to work for LMK?
I started following the company on my LinkedIn, as they seemed to always be posting content that I was interested in. After my first round of interviews, I knew this was the place for me.
