Meet the LMK Team: Jackie Morrill
At LMK, we believe that our dedicated team is the key to our success. This month we interviewed Jackie Morrill, our Executive Director of Clinical Operations, who has been with the team for 4 years. Jackie tells us what she enjoys about her key role at LMK, her most memorable project, and what her go-to karaoke song is.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love the varied nature of the work that we do at LMK. Every client we support is unique and has their challenges, so every day is different which keeps it fresh and interesting.
What is your proudest moment at LMK?
My proudest moment at LMK is developing the TMF University program.
If you could choose four individuals, living or dead, to eat dinner
with who would you choose?
The four individuals I would choose are Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Julius Caesar, and David Bowie.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
My go-to song is “What I Got” by Sublime.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success
to, and why?
My problem-solving skills because it enables me to tackle challenges and come up with creative solutions to problems that our clients are facing.
What are 3 words to describe LMK?
The three words I would use to describe LMK are dynamic, knowledgeable, and caring.
If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you
pick?
I cannot live without Amazon, Facebook, and Pandora.
What are you currently watching on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.?
I am currently watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
What’s the most helpful way for you to get feedback?
I always prefer verbal feedback – too many things can get lost or misconstrued over email.
What has been the most memorable project you have worked on at LMK?
I love being one of our TMF University instructors and sharing knowledge with our course attendees.
