Looking Back as We Spring Forward: Q1 Highlights at LMK
As we close out the first quarter of the year and look ahead to April showers and May flowers we wanted to give you a moment to reflect on the past few months at LMK. From expert-led webinars to helpful resources and exciting updates TMF professionals have had a lot to explore this quarter.
We started the year with 2024 TMF Recap: Driving Success Through Education & Services, featuring Janice del Rosario , Ruby Scott , and Ben Rogers. This session explored TMF education, LMK Consulting, and the latest tools, trends, and best practices. Plus, a look ahead at what’s in store for 2025.

February brought another powerhouse session featuring LMK Consultants Kiren Sekhon and Shannon Raibtz they hosted a webinar exploring strategies to identify assess and mitigate risk in TMF operations. They shared practical ways to ensure a compliant and seamless trial process with expert insights for improving quality and oversight.
This session is a must-watch for TMF professionals looking to strengthen oversight and reduce regulatory headaches.

To close out February TMF University welcomed two new instructors John Waugh and Kegan Bourne both bringing valuable experience and insight to our growing learning community
Learners were invited to take a closer look inside TMF University during the Town Hall event Meet the Team Behind TMFU. The session introduced both instructors and assessors offering valuable insights into the people shaping the TMFU experience. It was an excellent opportunity to explore how TMFU can elevate your career and expand your expertise in the TMF space.
March began with Hanna Brindisi and Luisa Monica hosting a session titled Empowering Your Team: TMF Training and Competency Development. This webinar explored the impact of targeted training and how it helps build strong TMF teams, enhance operational efficiency, and support inspection readiness.

To close out March Ben Rogers teamed up with Laurel-Ann Schrader to present Mastering Inspection Access: Streamlining Regulatory Reviews. They discussed how inspections can be overwhelming, but with the right strategies, your TMF can be organized, inspection-ready, and set up for success.
